Committee to follow-up with Vrabel, Williams and Paul. Bring back policy to the commission.
3. DRAFT BIKEWAYS TRAILS, PARKS AND RECREATION MASTER PLAN UPDATE
The Commission provided the following comments:
- Possible addition of Bike Rental Stations throughout town.
- Favor further development of the Villa Mira Monte Site. Support from City to the Historic Society. The City should take the lead in managing rentals and events if a partnership is formed. If the City is pitching in funds it should have more control. Some event rental funds should go back to the historic society to support potential future full time staffing so that the museum can open more days for longer hours.
- Open streets day event would be desired.
