Mayor Tate called the Special City Council Budget Workshop to order at 9:05 a.m.

DECLARATION OF POSTING OF AGENDA
Minutes Clerk Garcia certified that the meeting's agenda was duly noticed and posted in accordance with Government Code 54954.2.

Mayor Tate opened the public comment at 9:06 am. Hearing no requests to speak, the public comment was closed.

WORKSHOP:
CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDED FISCAL YEAR 2015-16 BUDGET AND
FISCAL YEAR 2015-16 THROUGH 2019-20 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
A. OPERATING BUDGET
The Leadership Team presented the City Manager's Recommended Fiscal Year 2015-2016 Budget.
Mayor Tate opened the public comment, hearing no request to speak, the public comment was closed.
Mayor Tate called a recess at for lunch. The meeting was reconvened.
B. CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
Public Works Director Bjarke and City Manager Rymer presented the Fiscal Year 2015-16 through 2019-20 Capital Improvement Program.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business, Mayor Tate adjourned the meeting at 1:40 p.m.
