Mayor Tate called the Special City Council meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.

Minutes Clerk Garcia certified that the meeting's agenda was duly noticed and posted in accordance with Government Code 54954.2.

Recommended Action(s)
1. Receive progress report; and
2. provide input;
3. Council to continue interviews to a future meeting date.
