RECOMMENDATION 

1) Recommend that the City Council approve Urban Service Boundary Adjustment USA-05-02

2) Recommend that the City Council approve Annexation ANX-06-01

3) Recommend that the City Council approve Zoning Amendment ZA-11-13; and                                                               

4) Recommend that the City Council approve a Memorandum of Understanding
