RECOMMENDATION(S):

RECOMMENDATION 

Recommend that the Planning Commission:

1) Adopt Resolution recommending that the City Council approve the Memorandum of Understanding

2) Adopt Resolution recommending that the City Council approve the Urban Service Boundary Adjustment

3) Adopt Resolution recommending that the City Council approve the Zoning Amendment; and                                                               

4) Adopt Resolution recommending that the City Council approve the Annexation
