REPORT NARRATIVE:
At the December 2, 2015 City Council Meeting a request was made under public comment by Lesley Miles, representative of the project applicant, to have ZA-14-13: Peak-Amas placed on a future agenda to be reconsidered. No action was taken at that meeting to agendize the item. At the request of the Mayor, this item is being brought forward for clarification if a member of the Council on the prevailing side wishes to have the item reconsidered.

PRIOR CITY COUNCIL AND COMMISSION ACTIONS:
This item was first considered by the City Council on August 5, 2015. The item was tabled with direction to staff to address a limitation on the allowable use of the subject property and to evaluate the potential historic value of the existing site improvements. It was brought back to the November 8, 2015 City Council meeting where the ordinance amending the zoning designation was not approved to be introduced.
The Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on this item at their July 14, 2015 meeting and voted 5-1 to recommend City Council of Zoning Amendment ZA-14-13. Commissi...
