REPORT NARRATIVE:
On May 18, 2016, the City Council Introduced Ordinance No. 2200 New Series, by the Following Roll Call Vote: AYES: Carr, Constantine, Librers, Siebert, Tate; NOES: None; ABSTAIN: None; ABSENT: None.

This ordinance will extend the 41, FY 2015-16 allocations by 12 months thereby extending the Commencement of Construction date within Exhibit B of the project development agreement to June 30, 2017. The Valencia project has completing Step 6 and has experienced delays outside of their control, from the City, Union Pacific Railroad and the County of Santa Clara which has impacted the developer's ability to commence all 41 allocations prior to the current June 30, 2016 deadline.
