BODY

PROJECT SUMMARY:

At a recent Planning Commission meeting, the Commission requested an update on retail development in Morgan Hill. The City's Economic Development Team would like to have a working session for a two-way dialog on the retail development opportunities, constraints and how the retail strategy supports the City's Tourism Strategy and the City's Economic Blueprint. City staff will discuss retail industry trends and issues, as well as Morgan Hill-specific issues associated with the shopping centers, as well as the Downtown.
