ARTS EDUCATION MONTH PROCLOMATION
RECOMMENDATION
The Commission make a recommendation to the City Council on proclaiming March Arts Education Month.
BODY
REPORT NARRATIVE:
The City of Morgan Hill has received a request by the Santa Clara County Office of Education to proclaim the month of March Arts Education Month. The City is requesting that the Library, Culture and Arts Commission first review the merits of this request. Representatives from the SCCOE will be present at the March 1 LCAC meeting to discuss this item. Should the LCAC recommend the Council make this proclamation it would be placed on the agenda for the March 15 City Council meeting.
